◆ Remote Service
Through remote network access, we check the operation of the system equipment, analyze and troubleshoot faults, and keep maintenance records for archiving.
◆ On-site Service
When the system experiences a fault that cannot be resolved remotely, we assign technical personnel to the site immediately for maintenance service through the OA office system. After each on-site service is completed, our engineers fill out the "After-sales Service Tracking Form" to record the fault handling process, which is then confirmed and signed by the customer's representative and archived by our company. After the maintenance period ends, we compile the records into a document and submit it to the owner for archiving according to the customer's needs.
