The Fushi Reservoir, located in Anji County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, was built in 1970. It is a large (second class) reservoir mainly used for flood control, combined with irrigation, power generation, and other comprehensive utilization. To fully utilize the role of the reservoir project, enhance the efficiency of reservoir operation management, reasonably use water resources, reduce the operating cost of the reservoir, and in line with the concept of standardization, normalization, and intelligent management of reservoir projects, it is planned to use the current advanced IoT data acquisition technology, automation technology, GIS technology, mathematical models, video surveillance technology, etc. While carrying out reinforcement and renovation of the Fushi Reservoir, comprehensive informatization construction of the Fushi Reservoir in Anji County is to be realized, ensuring efficient and safe operation of the project.
Feature Introduction
1
Reservoir Overview: The system displays the information most concerned about and frequently used by the user according to the logged-in position, which is convenient for users and simplifies system operation.
2
Comprehensive Information: Based on the GIS map, it provides a one-picture display of engineering water level, rainfall, video, gate opening, and meteorological information, realizing real-time surveillance of engineering conditions and historical data query functions.
3
Dam Safety Supervision: Through big data analysis means, real-time monitored data such as seepage, pore pressure, and displacement are subjected to wet line analysis, comparative analysis, regression analysis, etc., to provide timely early warnings for the safety situation of the dam.
4
Flood Forecast: The Fushi Reservoir flood forecasting system selects various models such as the Xinanjiang model, tank model, and empirical model based on the hydrological characteristics of the reservoir to predict incoming water, simulate the flood process, and carry out flood forecasting for the reservoir basin.
5
Standardization: According to the requirements of Zhejiang Water Conservancy Project Standardized Operation Management, a reservoir operation management platform is built to realize the standardized, procedural management of people, rights, affairs, responsibilities, things, benefits, finance, and risks.
6
Administrative Office: Through the combing and integration of various office elements, workflows, and information flows of the reservoir, a scientifically advanced information office application system is constructed to achieve coordinated, paperless office operation and efficient circulation of office links.
