On December 25, 2017, the Hainan Provincial Department of Water Resources held a preliminary acceptance meeting for the Hainan Province Internet+ Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Integrated Information Platform (Phase II) in Haikou. This project was listed as a key project and performance assessment project by the Hainan Provincial Government and the Provincial Department of Water Resources.
The meeting was divided into two parts: equipment installation site sampling and system reporting. On the morning of the 25th, the expert group was divided into four teams to inspect equipment at ten installation sites, including the Provincial Meteorological Bureau, the Wenchang City Office for Disaster Prevention, Yongzhuang Reservoir, and Baofang Reservoir. In the afternoon, a preliminary acceptance meeting was held in the 919 meeting room of the Hainan Provincial Disaster Prevention Office. ISTRONG, as the construction unit, attended the acceptance meeting, reported on the construction progress, and demonstrated the system.
At the acceptance meeting, the expert group listened to our company's introduction to the project's construction progress, reviewed the project-related documents, and after questioning and discussion, unanimously agreed that the project passed the preliminary acceptance.

In June 2015, Hainan Province initiated the construction of the Internet+ Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Integrated Information Platform, utilizing advanced technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and mobile internet. The project aimed to build a disaster prevention and mitigation big data center, an integrated information platform for leaders and disaster prevention staff, a multi-departmental joint command and dispatch system, and a disaster prevention and mitigation information service platform for the public. The Internet+ (Phase I) project was completed and accepted in December 2016.
In order to improve the project's functions, ensure its continuity, and promote the integration, sharing, and application of information resources, the construction of the Hainan Province Internet+ Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Integrated Information Platform (Phase II) was launched and completed in 2017, in accordance with the overall planning of the Internet+ Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Integrated Information Platform project.
Formulate guidelines for the standardization of city and county disaster prevention informatization, clarifying the construction and operation maintenance management details and technical requirements for each city and county disaster prevention informatization project.
Construct an integrated sharing platform to improve platform performance while providing support for the entire platform's map application and the use of big data from telecom base stations.

Integrate disaster-related data from 36 external units, establish an information interconnection and intercommunication mechanism, and break down the barriers of information resources.
By structuring and refining emergency plans, build an advanced, stable, practical, user-friendly, and easily expandable multi-department joint command and dispatch system to meet the needs of business collaboration and emergency command work.
By using various channels such as websites, mobile apps, and WeChat, the platform comprehensively and three-dimensionally disseminates disaster prevention and mitigation information, ensuring "no blind spots" in information dissemination. This enhances public awareness of disaster prevention and self-rescue capabilities and improves the government's level of public service.
The successful completion of the preliminary inspection is an affirmation of the Hainan Province Internet+ Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Comprehensive Information Platform (Phase 2) constructed by ISTRONG. In the next stage, ISTRONG will collaborate with the Hainan Provincial Water Resources Department and other parties involved in the construction to improve the project's relevant functions based on expert opinions.
